TMR Blades

These blades are designed specifically for Kuhn Knight® vertical mixers and are ideal for mixing livestock diets, such as those used in dairy farms, fattening farms, and beef cattle farms. They are perfect for preparing Total Mixed Rations (TMRs). TMRs are made by thoroughly mixing various feed ingredients in a mixer truck, ensuring all components are evenly distributed for optimal nutrition to livestock.

The K144734 mixer blade is made from a high-carbon substrate, milled, heat-treated, and coated with tungsten for exceptional durability. The blade's performance is comparable to or better than original equipment manufacturer (OEM) blades. The 3/8-inch blade thickness and 20-inch cutting edge length ensure efficient feed mixing. Typically, 8-12 blades are used per screw conveyor, and this blade thickness makes it ideal for thoroughly mixing feed or feed in various mixer trucks.

Replacement Guide:
Replace the blades when they become dull or mixing time increases, indicating that the blades are no longer sharp.

Installation Instructions:
Installing the blade is very simple; just bolt it to the mixer's screws using the factory settings. No special tools are required.
